Terms of Service

PaceIntel is an Australian horse racing selections subscription service operated under ABN 21 886 209 100. We publish data-driven selections on scheduled race days, including Best of Day picks, Pro Bets selections, and PaceIntel Signals. All selections are generated by proprietary quantitative models.

By creating an account or subscribing to any PaceIntel plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PaceIntel offers two paid subscription plans:

• Weekend — access to Best of Day and Pro Bets selections on Saturdays and Sundays, plus the full settled results archive.
• Every Race Day — access to Best of Day and Pro Bets selections on all scheduled race days, plus PaceIntel Signals when qualifying conditions are met, and the full settled results archive.

PaceIntel Signals are available exclusively to Every Race Day subscribers. Signals are published only when our model detects qualifying statistical edge and are not guaranteed on any particular day.

PaceIntel selections are informational and educational in nature. They do not constitute financial advice, betting advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. PaceIntel is not a licensed financial adviser and does not provide personal advice of any kind.

You acknowledge that:

• There is no guarantee of profit or winnings from any selection.
• Horse racing involves inherent risk and past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Odds published at selection time may change before or during the race.
• You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions, stakes, and any losses incurred.
• PaceIntel does not accept or place bets on your behalf.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age requirement for gambling in your jurisdiction.

PaceIntel publishes the outcome of every selection in the archive. Strike rate and ROI are calculated and displayed transparently. We do not remove or hide losing selections.

While we endeavour to keep the archive accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that results data will be error-free at all times. If you identify an error, please contact us.

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or republish PaceIntel selections or content without written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Share your account credentials with other people.

All content on PaceIntel — including selections, analysis, models, site design, and branding — is the intellectual property of PaceIntel. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any PaceIntel content without prior written consent.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view selections for your own private use.

Subscriptions are billed weekly in advance. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. PaceIntel does not store your full credit card details.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

PaceIntel reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.

PaceIntel may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to redistributing content or sharing account credentials. We may also terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Active subscriptions should be cancelled before account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PaceIntel and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or gambling losses, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to PaceIntel in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

PaceIntel endeavours to publish selections before the first race on each scheduled race day. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Race meeting cancellations, abandonments, or schedule changes by racing authorities are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
